For sale is a 1971 Pearson 30 sailboat. I have been the owner of this boat for 9 years. It was moved to fresh water and now resides at Steele Creek Marina on Kerr Lake, NC. The boat is in good condion. The deck is solid with no soft spots. There is a crack on the port side deck fiberglasss that needs repair. Teak wood around the cockpit needs refinishing.
