30' S2 Yachts sailboat. Draft = 4'11", beam = 10'. Two Sails with roller furling, standing rigging and running rigging are all in good to very good condition. Interior is in poor to good condition. Engine is a Volvo diesel MD7A 13 HP. New ignition switch & new throttle control installed last week. Fuel tank was drained August 2017. Engine was last started August 2017 and ran ok.
