"Missie" is a 20' long steam launch built on a former sailboat Rose hull of fiberglass. Her fore and aft compound condensing engine develops about 3hp. Engine is aluminum with cast iron sleves. Boiler is all copper in a Perkins grid design. Propane burner is hooked to a home type sensor thst kicks on when the pressure gets below 60 and off around 120 pounds.
